Man accused of kicking cruiser door, overflowing toilet in jail after arrest

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — A Cuyahoga Falls man is accused of kicking the door of a cruiser and overflowing the toilet after being put in jail.

Mark Eugene Carlson, 37, pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting arrest on May 31 in Stow Municipal Court.

According to police reports, on May 10 Carlson was accused of kicking in the back driver side door of the police cruiser while in custody after being arrested for an outstanding warrant.

After being placed in jail, he then was accused of putting toilet paper in the toilet and repeatedly flushing so the toilet overflowed.

He was also accused of being intoxicated in public.

He was fined and sentenced to jail time, which was suspended.
