Dig This: Time to mulch

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- If you haven't mulched your beds yet, now is the time to do so.

A.J. Petitti of Petitti Garden Centers explained that you should choose natural hardwood mulch and apply it about two inches thick to help deter weeds, spur plant growth, and help plants retain moisture.
