Lindsey was arraigned for aggravated murder and his bond was set at $1 million.

Major Howard was shot and killed on Sept. 15. Cleveland police detectives said the boy was in a parked car on East 113th Street when another car pulled up and shots were fired.

Major was shot in the chest and died at MetroHealth Medical Center.

In January, authorities arrested 23-year-old Aaron Dunnings in the shooting, but aggravated murder charges were later dismissed.

Lindsey next scheduled court date is June 6, which would have been Major's 4th birthday.
