2016 NBA Finals schedule released

The 2016 NBA Finals schedule has been released and the Cavaliers will have another long break before the series begins.

The Cavs defeated the Toronto Raptors on Friday, becoming Eastern Conference Champs for the second year in a row.

Now, the Cavs will have to wait to find out who they play in this year’s NBA Finals. The Cavaliers had a week off after sweeping the Pistons and had 9 days off after sweeping the Hawks.

Here is the entire schedule:

Game 1: Thursday, June 2, 9 p.m., Oakland
Game 2: Sunday, June 5, 8 p.m., Oakland
Game 3: Wednesday, June 8, 9 p.m., Cleveland
Game 4: Friday, June 10, 9 p.m., Cleveland
Game 5:* Monday, June 13, 9 p.m., Oakland
Game 6:* Thursday, June 16, 9 p.m., Cleveland
Game 7:* Sunday, June 19, 8 p.m., Oakland

*if necessary (all games will be on ABC)

The Cavaliers will either play the Oklahoma City Thunder or the Golden State Warriors. The Thunder lead that series 3-2.

If Oklahoma City wins, Game 1 and 2 will be here in Cleveland. If the Warriors win, Game 1 and 2 will be in Oakland at Oracle Arena.
