CLEVELAND - The Fox 8 I-Team has obtained surveillance video showing what led to a woman being charged with the murder of a man seen hanging on the side of her car.

The video shows Stacey Moore desperately clinging to the driver’s side as police say Lynnette Lawson sped down the street. The video also shows the car going down an embankment. Cleveland accident investigators found Lawson sped up with the man holding on to the car. A police report shows Stacey Moore died after he was pinned underneath the car.

Lawson has now been indicted for murder, aggravated vehicular homicide and other charges.

The victim’s mother says Moore had just started seeing Lawson again. They had dated a long time before.

"She rolled down that street and never stopped, not one time, didn't even think he's hanging on the side of this car, what's gonna happen? She intended to keep going," Terri Moore, Stacey's mother, said.

Records show the car crashed through a fence and went down an embankment, even hitting another car coming off of I-90 at the Chester exit.

We found no answer at the home of the suspect listed on a police report. Lawson will get a chance to start defending herself in court next month.
