Cicada sightings on the rise with warmer temps

SUMMIT COUNTY, OH -  The flowers are blooming here in northeast Ohio, and so are the bugs!

After 17 years underground, the cicadas are emerging - especially in part of Summit and Portage counties. And while they should all be gone by the Fourth of July, it's going to be a very "buggy" six weeks!
