CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Kirsten Schimoler is a flavor guru at Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream in Vermont, and she recently created the company's brand new 'non-dairy product'.
Kirsten is a Cornell graduate with a degree in food science.
She explained to the Fox 8 Morning Show anchor team that creating a new product isn't as easy as you might think!
By the way, Kirsten has a strong culinary connection to Cleveland; her dad Steve Schimoler is chef and owner of the Crop Restaurants.
