Video shows teen’s unprovoked attack on customer leaving convenience store

CANTON, Ohio -- Police have filed warrants against an 18-year-old Canton man accused in an unprovoked attack on a convenience store customer this week.

Canton police say felonious assault warrants have been filed against Terel T. Lipkins, 18, in the incident.

The incident happened on May 16, 2016, at A Mart, 2556 Cleveland Ave. N.W.

Surveillance video shows the suspect standing by the street outside of the store.

The victim walks out of the store, and as he approaches where the suspect is standing, the suspect pushes him down to the ground and appears to punch him.

Lipkins is described as being 5'6" tall and 120 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
