CLEVELAND, Ohio — Police now believe a fall that killed a Cleveland man early Wednesday was accidental.

Michael Wells, 54, was found laying unresponsive on the grass at a CMHA property at 12000 Wanda Avenue at around 7 a.m.

Police originally were investigating his death as suspicious.

But they now believe the fall was accidental — they believe he fell from his 8th story apartment window.

No foul play is suspected.
