Cleveland Heights bar ordered to close after man shot and killed outside

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A Cleveland Heights bar has been ordered to close until further notice after a deadly shooting outside the business.

The City of Cleveland Heights filed a complaint and motion against the Sunny Spot Bar on Noble Rd. The complaint states that the business is "a danger to the surrounding community in light of recent incidents, including a homicide in the early morning of May 3, 2016. Allowing the Sunny Spot Bar to continue operation will create irreparable harm in that it poses a risk of public health and safety to the neighborhood and innocent people nearby."

The court granted the motion and ordered the bar to close until further notice.

Dejon Forbes, 24, was shot and killed while sitting in his car on Tuesday. A witness told police an argument started the deadly encounter.

Police arrested and charged former Shaw High School football standout Antonio Longino, 23, of East Cleveland,with tampering with evidence; a second suspect, Stephen Johnson, 28, faces a charge of aggravated murder in the case.
