WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — The world’s largest potato is making its way around the country.

WFSB reports that the giant potato weighs 12,000 pounds and is 12 feet wide, and is traveling with The Famous Idaho Potato Tour.

The manufactured potato weighs six tons, which would be  equal to around 32,346 medium-sized potatoes.

The constructed potato is set to make one Ohio stop — at the Dublin Irish Festival in Dublin in August. In all, the potato is expected to cover about 28,000 miles.
