YULEE, Florida — A woman turned the tables on a man accused of preying on women. Candice Spivey said she was approached by the man in the bikini section of Target in Yulee, Florida. She said the same man approached her two years ago at a grocery store and used the same opening line: “Hey there I don’t mean to bother you but I just bought this maxi dress for my wife at Ross and I was kinda worried about the sheerness of it.”

Spivey said as he’s asking the questions, he’s recording on his cell phone. This time, she was the one doing the recording.

On the video, he can be heard saying, “You want to make sure it’s not too sheer or clear.”

Spivey says, “Do you remember running into me at a grocery store?” The man then starts running; she chases after him and yells, “call the cops!”

Police later arrested the man, whom they identified as Jeffrey Polizzi, and charged him with reckless driving.

He has previously been arrested for video voyeurism. ABC News says he was convicted of “taking photographs of women in dressing rooms” in 2009.

The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have have been approached by Polizzi to contact them.
