Day 2: NFL draft continues with 2nd, 3rd round selections

BEREA, Ohio — The Cleveland Browns traded down again in Thursday’s draft. 

They gave up their eighth overall pick to the Tennessee Titans for that team’s 15th pick. In addition, the Browns also get a pick from the Titans in the third round and a second round pick in the 2017 NFL draft.

With the 15th pick Thursday, the Browns chose Baylor’s Corey Coleman.

Coleman said it’s a blessing to become part of the Cleveland Browns. Andrew Berry, vice president of player personnel, said the team is excited to add a player with elite speed and great athleticism.

The draft is far from over for the Browns. They still have six more picks in the top 100.

The draft continues today with second and third round selections. Selections for the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds will be on Saturday.
