EUCLID - Murder charges have been filed against four family members. They are accused of causing the death of a 63-year-old man they were supposed to be taking care of around the clock.

The victim's wife and three adult children are accused of causing his death.

On Tuesday, a Cuyahoga County grand jury indicted Debora Brichacek, the wife of Richard Brichacek, and his three children, Wendi, Brian and Debbi, on several counts including murder and failing to provide for a functionally impaired person.

Officials say the 63-year-old victim was 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed 93 pounds when he died in December.

The autopsy report states caregiver neglect and malnutrition as some of the factors causing the victim's death.

The four family members are due in court next month to face the charges.
