SOUTH EUCLID - Members of the Notre Dame College football team assisted in the reconstruction of a South Euclid home, and it was all for a good cause.

The home belongs to U.S. Army veteran Ryan Foote, who is a new South Euclid resident.

This is the second home that the team has helped reconstruct, the first was back in 2014.

"We are here today to welcome Ryan Foote home," Howard Golderg, the Chief Real Estate Officer of Purple Heart Homes told Fox 8.

"Purple Heart Homes is dedicated to improving the lives of disabled veterans, one home at a time. Ryan came back from Iraq needing our assistance."
