Police responding after two teens shot in Cleveland

CLEVELAND – Police sources confirm to Fox 8’s Peggy and Ed Gallek that two teens have been shot in Cleveland.

The shooting happened near the 1400 block of Pierpoint Avenue.

According to a source, the teens were walking down 105th near Pierpoint when an unknown shooter open fired.

Both teens, 14 and 17, were shot in the leg.

The 14-year-old was taken to Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital and the 17-year-old was taken to University Hospitals.

It is unknown how serious their injuries are.
