COLUMBUS – The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium welcomed three baby humboldt penguins late last month and they are absolutely adorable.

The first female hatched on March 7, followed by her sister on March 18 and her brother on March 20. The male chick had a little trouble, but zoo employees were able to help him hatch.

All 3 chicks are doing well and being taken care of by their mother.

There is no word yet on when the babies will be in the penguin exhibit to be viewed by the public.
