Four injured during wrong-way crash in Cleveland

CLEVELAND - Two cars collided on the Cleveland Memorial Shoreway at the West 45th Street exit on Saturday night.

According to Cleveland police, 50-year-old Frazier Sims was traveling the wrong way on the ramp, striking another car head-on.

He was critically injured and appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

The passengers in the other car, a 44-year-old female, 68-year-old female and 17-year-old female were all injured. Both adults were seriously injured; the teen had minor injuries.

Everyone was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center after the crash.
