Suspect demands money in backpack during Cleveland Heights bank robbery

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio– The Cleveland Division of the FBI is asking for information after a Cleveland Heights bank was robbed Saturday morning.

It happened just after 9:17 a.m. at the US Bank on Lee Road. According to the FBI, the man ordered the teller put money into a black backpack, then he fled on foot. No weapon was seen or implied.

The suspect was wearing a light brown jacket, dark-colored pants, black shoes with white soles, a black skull cap, and sunglasses with gold and black frames.
