Car stolen from Euclid gas station with gun inside
EUCLID – The Fox 8 I-Team has learned a Cleveland Police radio broadcast was sent out Saturday evening regarding a car stolen in Euclid with a gun inside the vehicle.
According to sources, the car was taken while the driver was at a gas station. A 9mm was reportedly in the vehicle.
On radio broadcasts a dispatcher can be heard saying the silver 2011 Impala was Cleveland Police Chief Williams’ son’s car and it had a loaded 9mm gun under the seat.
A Cleveland police spokeswoman said this is an Euclid investigation so she is unable to comment.
Euclid police would only confirm a car was stolen and said the report was still being completed.
