Ceviche del Chef Julio Garcia

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of shrimp
  • 2 pounds of fresh fish
  • Onions
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper, as needed

 

Shrimp and fish are poured and allowed to marinate for 15 minutes in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Onion, cucumber, tomatoes and cilantro cut into julienne style. Then add all the ingredients with fish and shrimp and seamlessly blend. Serve in corn tortillas or with tortilla chips.
