NORTH CAROLINA — You’re never too young for boy problems — just ask five-year-old Quinn Heffernan.

In a video that’s gone viral, little Quinn shares some deep thoughts with her mom about her “boyfriend.”

With a very serious look on her face, Quinn tells her mom that she’s feels she is just too young for commitment.

“He’s sweet and romantic, but I think I’m too young to have a boyfriend,” she said. “I don’t want to break his heart.  He looks so happy.”

In the end, little Quinn decides to tell her boyfriend it’s time to break up.

People.com reports that Quinn’s mother, Sloane, said she asked her daughter’s permission to record the conversation.

“Quinn is 5 going on 25,” she told People. “She is a precocious little girl who is wise beyond her years. She has this boyfriend who she claims she’s already kissed on the playground. Then another little boy started pursuing her this week and suddenly things got complicated.”

So far, the video has gotten more than 29,000 views.
