It has always been a debate for many, let Fluffy snuggle with you at night or not?

Some experts say pets can disturb your sleep, but a recent study might prove otherwise.

According to CBS News, a study from the Center for Sleep Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona surveyed 150 people, finding more than half slept with their pets in their bed.

About 20% said their pets were disruptive, but more than 40% said their pets didn’t bother them or made them sleep better.

“If having a pet nearby helps them feel relaxed and gives them a sense of security, which permits them to fall asleep with less difficulty, then I think that is something that does deserve attention,” Dr. Lois Krahn told CBS News.
