KENT, Ohio-- A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Kent State University student.

Kent police said 17-year-old Marquis Grier from Massillon was arrested and is being held without bond on the charge of Delinquency by Aggravated Murder.

Authorities say Nicholas Massa, 18, was visiting a friend at Ryan Place apartments around 4:45 PM Sunday when three suspects barged through the door and demanded money. Investigators say an altercation occurred and 17-year-old Ty Kremling, of Stow, fatally shot Nick.

Police quickly arrested the Stow High School student who’s been charged in Portage County Juvenile Court with one count of Delinquency by Aggravated Murder, although the case may be transferred to adult court.
