CLEVELAND– Just hours after being named MVP of Super Bowl 50, Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller offered advice to troubled quarterback Johnny Manziel.

Manziel, who is expected to be released from the Cleveland Browns, is dealing allegations of domestic violence.

Both players attended Texas A&M, but at different times. Miller also had his own problems earlier in career when he was suspended for six games for violating the NFL’s drug policy.

“I love you fam! Grind, get back to Johnny all the ags know and love,” Miller posted on Instagram Sunday night with a picture of the Heisman trophy-winner. “2yrs ago they counted me out, 2yrs frm now you can do the same. Support no matter what! #love.”

“Johnny man, you know its a hard time,” Miller said, according to CBS Sports. “I’ve been in the same situation. Just keep grinding. I’m here with you, brother. Keep grinding, you too can do it… I love you.”

Manziel also tipped his hat to the MVP.
