Girls who spend quality time with their fathers become stronger women when they grow up. That’s according to Pantene’s series of Super Bowl ads featuring NFL players.

The commercials show Saints tight end Benjamin Watson, Cowboys tight end Jason Witten and Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams styling “Dad-Dos” for their daughters’.

“Catching a touchdown pass is a lot easier than making a beautiful braid,” Witten said while putting a ponytail holder in 3-year-old Landry’s hair.

Watson’s oldest daughter, Grace, gave her dad a few words of encouragement.

“I’m excited. I’m a little nervous,” she said.

“If you’re a father and you only have so many hours in the day, maybe doing their hair is one of the things that you can do to connect with them,” Watson said.
