CLEVELAND -- Two people are dead after two vehicles collided head on along I-71 south near the W. 140th Street overpass early Tuesday.

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office has identified one of the victims as Lakesha Brown, 33, of Cleveland. The other has been identified as Kenneth Urbanek, 22, of Lakewood.

It all happened at about 3:30 a.m.

Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. Police say alcohol may be a factor.

Several lanes of I-71 southbound were closed while crews removed the wreckage. All lanes reopened just before 6 a.m. Tuesday.
