Were any of these things part of your new year's resolution? Drinking more water, eating less sweets, adding jogging to your workout routine.. and eating more chicken nuggets?!  Yeah, we were surprised to hear that one, too.

Chick-fil-A has an idea for you when it comes to eating healthier.

The fast food chain's bags now say: “Kick off the New Year by adding one healthy habit to your routine. Here’s a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-count pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours."

According to the restaurant's website, an 8-pack of grilled chicken nuggets has 140 calories and 3 grams of fat.

As PEOPLE points out, eating all of those nuggets could cost ya. Buying 8-packs of grilled nuggets 6 times a day adds up to more than $23 a day.

And, that's not even counting the waffle fries you'll probably want to get, too!
