25 restaurant salads that have more calories than a Big Mac
Here’s some food for thought: new data points to 25 restaurant salads that have more calories than a McDonald’s Big Mac. The salad with the most calories include the Red Robin Crispy Chicken Tender Salad with 1,348 calories a serving and the Jason’s Deli Chili Taco Salad with a total of 1310 per serving. First ballots of 2016 presidential contest to be counted in Iowa
Tonight, the first ballots of the 2016 presidential contest will be counted in Iowa, and they will inevitably have an impact on polls conducted in the days to come, either by reinforcing the trends that have already taken shape or by reframing the entire contest. The contours of both parties’ contests in Iowa have suggested a tight race in recent weeks, but the most recent polling of likely caucus-goers suggests trends that tilt in favor of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. Police ID man, woman found dead in rented SUV
Police have identified the victims found dead in an SUV in Elyria Sunday. Michael L. Lewis, 32, and his wife, Fannie M. Lewis, 22, were found dead inside a rented Chevrolet Traverse. Police say both appeared to be shot. The couple is from Elyria. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.

World’s ‘top chef’  found dead in apparent suicide, police say
Chef Benoit Violier, whose Swiss restaurant was crowned the best in the world last month, has been found dead in an apparent suicide, police said. His body was discovered late Sunday afternoon in his home in Crissier in western Switzerland. Violier, who was 44 years old, ran the three Michelin-starred Restaurant De L’Hotel De Ville Crissier-Suisse. The initial investigation points to suicide by gunshot, police said.
