HINSDALE, Illinois – Army captain Anthony Burch returned home to Illinois this week, meeting his quadruplets for the first time.

Burch is currently deployed in South Korea and returned home just a few days after he and his wife Mary Pat welcomed Henry, Molly, Nathaniel and Samuel, according to ABC News. The couple also has a 2-year-old, Alice.

Luckily, he was able to see the birth through FaceTime.

“I was very grateful because once we figured out I wasn’t going to be back in time — I was just grateful to be able to witness firsthand that they were healthy and safe and that my wife was healthy and safe,” he added.

The babies will spend some more time in the NICU during Anthony’s two weeks home. He will return home for good this summer.
