CLEVELAND– A charge of aggravated murder against a man accused in the death of 3-year-old Major Howard has been dropped.

Earlier this month, U.S. Marshals arrested 23-year old Aaron Dunnings.  He was charged, but Tuesday, the case against him was dismissed.

In September 2015, Major Howard was caught in the crossfire while sitting in a car during a drive-by shooting on East 113th Street.  He was struck by a bullet and later died.

Donnell Lindsey, 23, the main suspect in the case, is still on the run. Anyone with information on Lindsey’s whereabouts should call 216-623-5464.
