No bomb found after RTA police investigated suspicious package

CLEVELAND – No bombs were found after the RTA police investigated a suspicious package.

According to the RTA, a driver spotted a suspicious package near East 115th Avenue and Buckeye Road while on their route.

RTA police brought in their K-9 unit to check out the package. The RTA K-9 unit specializes in sniffing bombs and made a positive hit.

After hours of investigation, it was determined that there was no bomb and it was a false alarm.
