A family in Australia captured a precious moment on video after their preemie twins were born.

After the birth of Kristiana and Kristian, mom Anthea Jackson-Rushford posted video on her Facebook page showing the precious pair holding hands.  She said:

“Amazing!!! Needs to go viral!!! 😂😂 our preemie twins Kristiana and Kristian! Born at just 28 weeks and 1 day! Weighed in at under a kilo each!”

And, the video has gone viral; it’s been watched over 8-million times and has over 100,000 shares.

The tiny hand-holding didn’t end with that one video.

Jackson-Rushford has posted several other videos and photos showing more of the sweets moments. She says in one of the posts: “Both my angels holding hands again as if they were born to! Amazing sight!” Another post says: “As you can clearly see, they can’t stop holding hands!! 😍😍😍”
