ELYRIA - A second suspect is now facing charges after he and another man allegedly threw a dog off a cliff in an Elyria park.

Rangers say 24-year-old Joshua Novak is facing criminal charges for the incident last month.

He is scheduled to be in court next week on charges including complicity to animal cruelty and obstructing justice.

Witness say Novak and 21-year-old Christopher Taylor threw a dog off a cliff twice. Taylor was cited for animal cruelty and could face additional charges.

The dog was never found.
