OXFORD TOWNSHIP, Ohio– A Sandusky woman remains at MetroHealth Medical Center after a crash early Monday morning.

The 24-year-old woman was driving on Mason Road in Oxford Township just after 2 a.m. The Ohio State Highway Patrol said she went on and off the roadway several times because her Ford Explorer overturned.

The driver was ejected from the SUV. She was taken to Firelands Regional Medical Center, then MetroHealth.

According to the patrol, she was not wearing a seatbelt and alcohol may be a factor in the crash.
