CLEVELAND - Joe Dragovitch is the author of The Empty Hook, a story about a gifted glassblower, and his beautiful gifts to a young boy.

Dragovitch says he wrote the story to remind people about the original meaning of Christmas. The book follows the story of a group of Christmas ornaments as they explain to a new ornament why there is an empty hook on the Christmas tree.
