Pecan Sour Cream Coffee Cake

- 1 Box of Yellow Butter Recipe Cake Mix
- 1 ½ C. Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- ¼ C. Cold Margarine
- ¾ C. Chopped Pecan
Reserve 2/3 C. of cake mix.
Mix together eggs, sour cream, and remaining cake mix. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bow, cut together cake mix, brown sugar and margarine. Add nuts until crumbly.
Prepare a 9” X 13” baking pan. Layer ½ batter, ½ nut mixture; repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until down in the middle.
Adding some coconuts to the nut mixture is variation.
This is best served the next day.
