WICKLIFFE, OH – A man who authorities say robbed a Wickliffe bank on Tuesday is now under arrest for the crime.

Christian D. Hardrick, 24, of Cleveland, was arrested Friday in connection with the armed robbery of the Wickliffe branch of Fifth Third Bank. Hardrick was arrested without incident following a joint investigation by the FBI and Wickliffe Detectives.

He was arraigned in  Willoughby Municipal Court and charged with one count of aggravated robbery. He is currently being held on a $250,000 bond.

On Tuesday, Hardrick allegedly walked into the bank brandishing a semi-automatic handgun. He waved the weapon in the teller’s face and demanded money. The teller gave him the money, and no one was injured in the robbery. He wore a bandana to hide his face, but bank cameras caught some very clear photos of him.
