Puff Pastry Wrapped Brie with Homemade Apple Butter
4 lbs chopped, peeled Apples
juice of one lemon
1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Corn Syrup
2 cups sugar
Simmer for 2 hours on low in a covered pot
Chevre Stuffed, Bacon Wrapped Dates
1 Tablespoon of Lucky Penny Creamery Goat Cheese in a date, wrap with a half piece of bacon
400 degree oven for 20 minutes
