CLEVELAND - Landon Pettrey has health issues, but he didn't let that stop him from being the CEO for the day at the Duck Tape factory.

He got to spend some time with the real CEO John Kahl  and see how the tape is made.

He even got his name on the door.

It was all made possible thanks to A Special Wish who grants wishes to children with life-threatening diseases.
