WOOSTER, Ohio - Jeremy Butler, of Wooster, is charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated menacing, obstructing official business and failure to comply after taking police on a chase in a stolen box truck.

The chase finally ended in a Wooster cemetery, damaging several gravestones.

Among the graves that were destroyed by Butler at the Dalton Cemetery, was the final resting place of a soldier who served in the Revolutionary War.

Those who revere history say Butler should be embarrassed by his destructive actions.

Butler is being held in Wayne County Jail on $25,000 dollars bond.
