Thanksgiving is a time for family, feasting and apparently for many, finding good deals.

While many are rushing to the store to get last-minute gravy and rolls, others are getting TVs and other Christmas presents.

Doors at Kmart opened at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving, and there were major deals on items like beauty bags and bedding.

And it wasn't just Kmart that is open on Thanksgiving -- many stores nationwide are offering Black Friday deals a day early.

Some people spent the night outside a local Best Buy looking to snag a great-priced TV and laptop. Best Buy wasn't set to even open until 5 p.m. The store told Fox 8 they anticipate more tents to start lining up throughout the day.

Managers tell Fox 8 that the stores have been busy all week, and they think it's because of the low gas prices.
