SPRINGFIELD, Ohio — A heartwarming sign hung in a small pizzeria made the rounds online in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.

Bada Bing! Pizzeria — in Springfield, Ohio — posted a sign in its window regarding Thanksgiving day.

Even though the eatery is closed for the holiday, the owners — along with their family, friends, and employees — will be eating dinner there at 2 p.m. But they are welcoming anybody in need to join them.

“If you are hungry or don’t have any money, please come in. We will welcome you and make sure you get plenty to eat,” the sign said.

The pizzeria posted a picture of the sign on Facebook. That post went viral.
