Do you think Adele would sound as good singing “Hello” if she was backed up with a toy xylophone, a kazoo and a banana-shaped maraca?

Yep!

Tuesday night with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots, she sang “Hello” in the Classroom Instruments series in The Tonight Show Music Room. She was backed up by instruments you’d find in a classroom — like a melodica, bongos and a tambourine.

Fallon himself was playing a wood block. At one point, Adele pulled out her own prop — a flip phone — and answered a pretend call.
