CLEVELAND, Ohio — Steelers linebacker Arthur Moats has apologized to Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel for a nasty tackle during Sunday’s game.

The tackle happened in the second quarter of the game, when Moats appeared to grab Manziel by his face mask. Manziel’s neck was twisted, but he wasn’t seriously injured.
Manziel did appear to lose a contact, ESPN reports.

Moats responded to several Tweets from his followers, and said the move was an accident.
