PARIS– The hacker group Anonymous warned of more cyber assaults against the Islamic State in response to a series of attacks in Paris that left more than 100 people dead.

A person in a Guy Fawkes mask, identifying himself as a member of Anonymous, posted a video on YouTube on Saturday.

“We will launch the biggest operation ever against you,” the man said, according to a translation. “Expect massive cyber attacks. War is declared. Get prepared.”

Several Anonymous-related Twitter accounts echoed a similar message.

Anonymous declared war on ISIS in January following the attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo, which killed 12 people. They targeted hundreds of social media accounts with ties to the Islamic extremists.
