CLEVELAND, OH -- Family and friends spent Saturday looking for Alexis Boroviak.

The 15-year-old disappeared from her parents house in Brooklyn last Sunday.

"The police have gotten a hold of the phone records and there's been nothing since a couple hours after her disappearance and then her facebook. There's no activity on her end, so we have nothing from that," said her Stepdad Britton Ramsey.

He said she's never done anything like this before and is usually pretty good about communicating her whereabouts.

"This is not a normal characteristic that we ever had to be concerned about with her at all," he said.

Ramsey teamed up with Paster Angel Arroyo and others to look in Elyria. They got a tip that she might there. They also got a tip that she could be in Cleveland, so that's where her mom, Linda Chalfant, is checking.

"It's cold and it's nasty outside and I don't know where she is and I don't know what she's doing and I don't know who has her and I need her to come home. I need my baby to come home," said Chalfant.

If anyone has seen Alexis, please call the Brooklyn Please Department.

The family has also created a Facebook page for Alexis.
