PARIS – After more than 100 people were killed on Friday in several attacks in Paris, Facebook is now giving users the ability to support those in France with just one click.

The filter symbolizes the French flag and is similar to the rainbow option Facebook offered when same-sex marriage was legalized in the U.S.

David Marcus, Facebook’s vice president of Messaging Product, wrote: “Show your support for the people of Paris by temporarily updating your profile picture with this new template we created. Thank you!”
