NETHERLANDS – According to a Facebook post, a few Dutch police officers went beyond the call of duty to assist a family in need.

The officers, from the Eindhoven Police department, decided to help the family after they were called to their home. The mother had to be taken to the hospital for low blood sugar.

The woman’s five kids were home and since she was taken to the hospital, there was nobody to watch the children. The officers stayed, making the children dinner and then cleaning up the dishes afterwards.

The two officers shared a photo of them in the kitchen in full uniform.
