Two more suspects charged in shooting death of 5-year-old

CLEVELAND –  The two suspects who turned themselves into police in connection with the shooting death of  5-year-old Ramon Burnett on Thursday have now been charged.

20-year-old Demetric Croskey appeared in court Saturday morning on charges of aggravated murder. His bond was set at one million dollars. He is due back in court on November 17th.

20-year-old Malik Norman appeared in court Friday, also on charges of aggravated murder. His bond was also set at one million dollars. He will be in court next on November 16th.

Prosecutors said 19-year-old Marlon Hackett Jr. was shooting at 18-year-old Dontavius Williams on Louise Harris Drive. That’s when Ramon Burnett was caught in the cross fire and was killed. Hackett and Williams were both arrested four days after the September shooting.

Authorities are still searching for a fifth suspect. Richard Davonn Fields, 19, is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call homicide investigators at 216-623-5464.
